Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Wapakoneta, Ohio

Your expertise in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology (SLP) will be crucial in assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions for students. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school settings
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with students in grades K-12 onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small group formats
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing progress updates
