- Previous experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively document and manage session data
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Credentials/Certifications Required:
- Virginia SLPA licensure
- Up-to-date background clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Job Details:
- Contract position

- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Serving elementary and middle school students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 students
- Diverse caseload with varying speech and language needs
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities:
- Implement prescribed therapy plans
- Support students in group and one-on-one activities
- Document progress and report findings to supervising SLP
- Attend team meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Prepare and organize therapy materials
- Encourage students’ communicative growth in academic and social settings
