Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students under supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist
- Assist in screening, assessment, and documentation of students’ communication skills
- Support and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with data collection
- Prepare instructional materials and activities for therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce skills and expand learning environments
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education as needed to support student success
