Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLPA License required
- Current Washington Teacher Certification
- Experience supporting children in a school or healthcare setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed SLPs in delivering speech-language services to K-12 students
- Implement speech and language therapy plans under supervision and direction of SLPs
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Support IEP goals and participate in school-based meetings when appropriate
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
- Engage with families, teachers, and staff to encourage student communication outcomes
