Qualifications & Experience:
- Active State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services to students
- Implement therapy activities and interventions according to established plans of care
- Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
