Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Parker, CO

Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. We are excited to offer three contract positions: two full-time roles and one part-time opening (three days per week). Each position begins August 12, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027.
Your role will offer diverse experience: the full-time positions are shared between elementary and middle schools, while the part-time opportunity involves supporting both middle and high school students. All assignments are conveniently spread in Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Castle Rock, with each SLPA working in a single building, reducing travel and promoting consistent relationships with students.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLPA license required
- Prior school-based SLPA experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Compassionate approach with a growth mindset
- Comfortable adapting to the diverse needs of children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Deliver services according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist in documenting student progress and maintaining records
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to best support student goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
