- Ability to follow therapy plans created by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to maintain accurate records and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Assist with the preparation, implementation, and documentation of therapy sessions
- Support data collection and progress monitoring for individual student goals
- Adapt communication techniques to meet student needs at various developmental levels
- Collaborate with teachers, other school personnel, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Contribute to the positive culture of the school's therapy team
