Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in California
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is beneficial
- Proficiency with treatment implementation under SLP supervision

- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language support services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff
- Document therapy progress and maintain compliance with district and state reporting requirements
- Assist in developing and preparing activities and materials for targeted speech/language goals
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment in both individual and small group therapy sessions
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
