Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field—or an Associate’s degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license/certification
- Demonstrated skill in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially in high-stress or crisis situations
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites during the day (as needed)
- Committed to providing both direct and indirect services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfort working 100% onsite (remote options unavailable)
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students in collaboration with supervising SLPs
- Implement therapy activities and interventions as guided by student IEPs
- Accurately document student progress and collaborate with educational teams, staff, and families
- Manage a flexible caseload across school sites as assigned
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district policies and procedures
