Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLPA licensure in California
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
- Familiarity with IEP goals and student documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families
- Adaptable and compassionate approach with children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services as directed by supervising SLP
- Implement individualized therapy activities and support student progress
- Assist with documentation, data collection, and progress reports
- Collaborate on IEP implementation and classroom integration
- Deliver services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain confidentiality while building trust with students and staff
