Key Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license; candidates with pending licensure are not eligible for consideration.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt interventions to varying needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
  • Dual SLP certification visible on submitted credentials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Support IEP goals, track student progress, and document sessions thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student outcomes.
  • Assist with screening and assessment processes.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities as appropriate.
