School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Osseo, Minnesota

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLPA license required at time of interview (candidates with pending licensure will not be interviewed)
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings as an SLPA
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques, group work, and documentation in educational environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience or interest in serving diverse student populations across elementary and middle school grades
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting therapy sessions and implementing treatment plans for students
- Support caseloads at both Northdale Middle and Andover ES/HS locations as designated by FTE needs
- Document student progress and deliver services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with guidelines and best practices established by the district and state
