Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow therapy plans and procedures set by supervising SLP
- Dependable, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
- Passion for supporting students with diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under supervision of certified SLP to provide speech and language services
- Assist in carrying out individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on student support strategies
- Support classroom integration of communication goals
