School Speech Pathologist Assistant | Porter, Texas

In this role, you'll deliver therapy support across two schools, working under the guidance of experienced SLP supervisors available at each site. The schedule follows a traditional Monday through Friday, 35-hour work week, ensuring you maintain work-life balance while making a difference.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold an active SLPA license or certification
- Previous experience in school and/or healthcare settings as an SLPA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide therapy support with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and organized, ready to work across multiple school environments
- Passionate about supporting children and helping them succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by SLP supervisors
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect and document data related to student progress
- Collaborate effectively with school staff, students, and families
- Support speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapy
- Manage time and caseload efficiently across two school locations
