School-Based Speech Pathology Assistant | Seguin, Texas

Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license required
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to thrive in a team environment
- If bilingual, language proficiency will be assessed as part of the vetting process
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect and document student progress data and communicate findings to supervising clinicians
- Support classroom teachers and staff in implementing strategies for improving student communication
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state, federal, and school policies
