Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in New Bedford, MA

Qualifications & Skills:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
- Willingness to work full-time for the full school year
- Comfort and confidence in supporting students across grades K–12
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly valued, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech/language therapy to students under supervision
- Help track student progress and document interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings and contribute to student success strategies
