School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Moreno Valley, CA

Embark on a fulfilling contract assignment supporting students in a thriving educational environment as a School-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This on-site role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive team from now through May 28, 2027.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid SLPA license in California.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and effective speech and language interventions.
- Detail-oriented approach to documenting sessions and progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records, session notes, and data as required.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support best outcomes.
- Flexibly adjust to caseload changes as details are determined.
