Speech Pathology Assistant - Parker, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- School-based SLPA experience or strong interest in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities to work across multiple grade levels
Role Overview:
- Support speech and language services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Deliver interventions to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, depending on the assignment
- Two full-time SLPAs will work with elementary and middle school students, while the part-time SLPA’s caseload involves middle and high school students
- Provide direct and indirect services in one primary building, minimizing transitions and fostering deeper student connections
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) implementation
- Support progress monitoring and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
