School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Monument, CO

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your passion for helping students thrive as an SLPA can truly shine. We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to support local schools—two full-time and one part-time position are available for the upcoming academic year.
This assignment begins August 12, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027. Each full-time SLPA will provide services across elementary and middle school settings, while the part-time SLPA will collaborate with both middle and high school students. All roles offer the chance to make a lasting impact within a supportive team and a vibrant school community.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLPA license is required
- Experience in educational settings, especially supporting diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with SLPs, teachers, and administrators
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services under supervision of licensed SLPs
- Assist in implementing treatment plans and supporting students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress
- Communicate effectively with educators and families regarding student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere
