Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) interested in supporting students' communication growth. We’re seeking three dedicated professionals for contract positions, including two full-time and one part-time opening, to begin on August 12, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027. These roles offer the chance to collaborate with welcoming educational teams, making a real difference in students’ daily lives.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience in school-based settings as an SLPA preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different age groups
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable focusing on individualized student care across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Role Highlights:
- Two full-time positions (37.5 hours/week) dividing time between elementary and middle school populations in the Highlands Ranch and Parker areas
- One part-time position (three days/week) serving middle and high school students in Castle Rock and Parker
- All roles involve working primarily in a single building, allowing for strong professional relationships and continuity
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and parents to implement speech therapy interventions and support IEP goals
- Provide direct support to students, collect data on progress, and help create a positive, engaging learning environment
