Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, especially supporting PreK-12
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards with all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Work with students individually or in small groups to support communication goals
- Prepare, organize, and use therapy materials provided by the district
- Monitor and document student progress, contributing to ongoing assessment
- Engage with teachers and families to reinforce student success and ensure holistic support
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
