Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech or Communication Disorders required
- Current (or eligibility for) VA SLP license
- SLPA experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students in diverse environments
Key Responsibilities
- Support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy to students (K–12) across multiple school sites
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment strategies
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Travel between assigned schools within the district as needed
