Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech or Communication Disorders (required)
- Eligibility for the Virginia SLP license (SLPA license not recognized in VA)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech/language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with therapy documentation and student progress reporting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
- Travel between assigned school sites within the district
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in varied learning environments
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping
