Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Familiarity with implementing treatment plans under SLP supervision
- Commitment to fostering positive learning experiences for diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, as guided by supervising SLP
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain accurate records on student performance
- Support classroom teachers and other staff with communication strategies
- Adapt therapy materials and activities to meet student needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student progress
