Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lone Tree, CO
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This role is perfectly suited for professionals committed to helping school-age learners enhance their communication and academic skills. We are seeking three dedicated SLPAs: two for full-time and one for part-time (three days per week). The contract begins August 12, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027.
In these positions, you'll collaborate closely with school teams and licensed SLPs. Full-time roles are divided between elementary and middle school populations, while the part-time position works between a middle school and a high school—offering a dynamic and varied caseload. Each assignment allows you to make a genuine impact, working in a single building each day for continuity and connection.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLPA license is required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Support therapy sessions outlined by supervising speech-language pathologists
- Carry out intervention activities for students with diverse needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Help facilitate inclusive classroom environments
