- Strong organizational skills for maintaining student records and progress reports
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to target specific communication goals
- Assist with progress monitoring, data collection, and documentation
- Prepare therapy activities and materials as directed
- Support classroom teachers and special education staff by sharing communication strategies
- Attend staffing meetings and participate in IEP processes as needed
