Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as either SLP or SLPA
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare settings
- Proficiency or interest in pediatric caseloads
- Comfort with in-person and, if applicable, teletherapy delivery models
- Open to recent graduates, Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs (supervision provided)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and prepare reports according to school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
