Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience or coursework in pediatric care, K-12 school settings, or teletherapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Comfortable developing and implementing treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new graduates encouraged to apply; supervision provided
- Proficient documentation and progress reporting abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings, both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
- Collaborate with school personnel and participate in team meetings, IEP development, and conferences
- Maintain accurate student records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding student progress and recommendations
