Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Lewiston, Idaho for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students develop essential communication skills.
Job Details
- Full-time, onsite position
- 2026-2027 school year
- Caseload of approximately 50 to 60 students
- Some higher-needs students may be included
- Competitive hourly pay: $35 to $42 per hour
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans and therapy activities
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff
- Assist with classroom communication support and carryover activities
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active Idaho SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
