Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Marysville, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLPA license required
- Experience working with students in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about working in a school-based contract position
- Open to licensed professionals from outside the region who are ready to relocate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language intervention under supervision of an SLP
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track and document student progress accurately
- Assist with screenings, goal setting, and therapy activities
- Communicate effectively with the school team and caregivers to ensure student success
- Maintain a positive, supportive environment for diverse learners
