Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families
- Solid communication and organizational capabilities
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language intervention services under SLP supervision
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and documentation related to therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
