Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Katy, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLPA licensure or certification
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Enthusiasm and dedication to helping students achieve communication goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
- Assist with development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on intervention strategies
- Utilize diverse therapy methods and resources to engage and motivate students
- Communicate regularly with staff and families to support student progress
