Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year in Hayward, Wisconsin. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in developing essential communication skills under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $35–$50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising SLP in implementing speech and language therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by the SLP
- Support students in articulation, language, and communication skill development
- Document student performance and progress during therapy sessions
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Completion of a Speech Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active Wisconsin SLPA license (or ability to obtain, if applicable per state requirements)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
