Early Childhood Education (ECE) Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Appleton, Wisconsin
Make a meaningful difference in educational settings supporting students from early childhood through high school as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current, active state SLPA License is required
- Experience providing speech-language support in K-12 schools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in diverse educational and classroom settings
- Passion for helping children and adolescents develop critical language skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Assist with assessments, data collection, and documentation of student progress
- Provide direct intervention services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service personnel to support student outcomes
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings
Role Details:
- Contract position beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year, with a strong possibility of extension
- Full-time hours: 35 per week, Monday through Friday
