What You'll Do:
- Assist with implementing individualized speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a certified SLP.
- Work directly with Pre-K students, delivering targeted interventions and documenting progress.
- Support classroom teachers and staff with strategies to foster communication and language skills in group and individual settings.
- Maintain detailed records of student engagement, session outcomes, and progress, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plan (IEP) development.
What We're Looking For:
- Active and valid CA SLPA license.
- Experience or strong interest in working with Pre-K or early elementary-aged students.
- Solid communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
