Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid California Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
- Experience working in school settings preferred, especially with Pre-K children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and families
- Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with district guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to assigned Pre-K students under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking individualized treatment plans
- Support speech-language pathologists during assessment and documentation processes
- Adapt therapy materials and activities to engage young learners at various developmental stages
- Maintain clear records of student progress, session notes, and communication logs
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school-based activities as required
