Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Germantown, TN

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility
- Previous pediatric experience, ideally in schools and/or clinical settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Willingness to work full-time, with flexibility between school and clinic locations
- Open to individuals with SLP credentials as well
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8 students as directed
- Support school-based therapy programs 1-2 days weekly
- Provide clinic-based care to children by appointment
- Document therapy sessions, maintain client records, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and parents to develop communication goals and support plans
