Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Current Arizona SLPA license
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and caseload sizes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the direction of a licensed SLP in PreK–8th grade classrooms
- Implement individualized treatment plans and support students’ IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records in alignment with district and state requirements
- Effectively communicate with supervising SLP, teachers, administrators, and families
- Assist in developing classroom materials and activities to reinforce targeted skills
- Participate in team meetings and training as required
