Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certified as a Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant in Texas
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Skilled in implementing therapy plans and monitoring progress
- Ability to effectively collect and document data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, reliable, and flexible in adapting to students' needs
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Collecting and maintaining accurate data on student progress
- Collaborating with educators, SLPs, and other support staff
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supporting the communication growth and social success of each student
