School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Fremont, California

Your day will bring variety as you adapt to the needs of a dynamic caseload (to be determined). Your proactive support and care will help create positive outcomes for students, families, and staff in a collaborative and encouraging environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and caseloads
- Commitment to following individualized education plans (IEPs) and supporting inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in delivering speech and language services to students, one-on-one and in groups
- Implement therapy activities and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and other staff to support student growth
- Contribute to the preparation of therapy materials and maintain organized records
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times
