Qualifications/Skills
- Active FL DOH SLPA license required
- Schools-based SLPA experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with K-12 caseloads, including elementary and middle school students
- Must complete Florida school district fingerprinting/background check
- Willingness to travel between multiple school sites as caseload requires
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision
- Support up to 50-55 students across several Fort Myers elementary and middle schools
- Implement therapy plans, track student progress, and collaborate on goal planning
- Travel to assigned schools; caseload and locations may adjust to meet student needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
