Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license/credential (Missouri or eligible for reciprocity)
- School-based experience, particularly in elementary settings, is highly valued

- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech/language therapy under SLP supervision, focusing on elementary-aged students
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Document and report on student progress and participation
- Maintain open, cooperative communication with teachers, families, and the SLP
- Support classroom integration of communication strategies and activities
- Contribute to student assessments as directed by the supervising SLP
