Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to provide holistic support for students.
- Manage caseload efficiently while traveling between assigned schools in the Jurupa Valley and Alvord areas.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working in school environments, preferably with children.
- Ability to serve students in healthcare-related speech therapy settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation due to itinerant nature of the position.
This role is a full-time contract through the end of the school year, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The position is available for an immediate start and offers the chance to make a positive impact on students' academic and social development.
