Speech Pathology Assistant - Parker, CO

This contract opportunity begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027. Full-time SLPAs will have the unique chance to split their caseloads between elementary and middle school students in a supportive, collaborative environment, while the part-time SLPA will work across both a middle and a high school. Each role offers opportunities to make a difference every day and contribute to students' communication and academic achievements.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Enthusiastic about working with diverse age groups, ranging from elementary to high school
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students, implementing treatment plans set by supervising SLPs
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Adapt communication strategies to meet a range of student needs
- Travel between two schools for each assignment, with each SLPA working on one campus at a time
