School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Englewood, Colorado
Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathology Assistants seeking rewarding contract roles in school environments near Englewood, Colorado. Three SLPA positions are available: two full-time and one part-time (three days per week). The contract begins August 12, 2026, and extends through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to make a real impact across a diverse student population.
Full-time SLPAs will each support a combined elementary and middle school caseload, while the part-time SLPA will focus on a middle and high school caseload. All professionals will work within a single building, fostering deep connections with staff and students.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid Colorado SLPA license required
- Experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseload demands
- Positive, proactive attitude and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivering speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement documented treatment plans and protocols for assigned caseloads
- Support IEP goal implementation and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
- Participate in relevant team meetings and professional development opportunities
