Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity involves supporting a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering high-quality speech and language services to K–12 students within a collaborative school environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Average 35 hours per week
Start Date: August 2026

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
* Provide direct support services to students under SLP supervision
* Document student performance and progress during therapy sessions
* Prepare therapy materials and support virtual service implementation
* Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
* Active state SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
