Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field required
- Valid state certification or license as an SLPA
- Prior experience within a school setting is highly valued

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support in speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to help students reach their communication goals
- Document student progress and maintain records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Prepare activities and materials tailored to individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective student care
- Support classroom staff and offer strategies to enhance communication skills in everyday settings
