- Ability to follow therapy plans and implement goals as directed by supervising SLPs
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP
- Support the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans and educational programs
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective communication strategies
- Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing professional development as needed
