Contract Term: 2026–2027 School Year, 8/10/2026 - 5/28/2027
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Dalton, Georgia for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with a K-12 caseload.
Position Details
- Full-time schedule

- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with communication needs
- Guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language therapy programs
- Work with students individually and in small groups to address communication goals
- Support assessments, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate therapy session notes and student records
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Associate (SLA) license/certification preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech/Communication Disorders required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
