School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Corona, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure and credentials required
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing student needs
- Must be passionate about working with children and helping them achieve communication goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Work directly with students to implement therapy programs, track progress, and provide feedback
- Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals through individualized and group intervention
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with staff to support student success within the educational environment
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and developmentally appropriate atmosphere for all students
